You can use as many as you need. In fact, the whole idea behind NUNAKI is that you shouldn't have to hire three separate companies for your website, your dashboard, and your software. We handle all of it, and because we build everything together we understand how all the pieces connect.

NUNAKI is based in Ontario, Canada. We work with clients remotely across Canada and internationally. Everything is handled online — consultations, onboarding, and ongoing support.

NUNAKI Intelligence is a private business dashboard that connects to your real database and displays your business data as live, interactive charts, KPI cards, and analysis panels. NUNAKI currently works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and CSV or spreadsheet files. If you're not sure what format your data is in — or if it lives in a point-of-sale or accounting system — mention it in your consultation and we'll work out the best approach together.

Yes. NUNAKI only ever reads your data — it never writes, modifies, or deletes anything. Your dashboard is deployed to a private URL that only you can access. Your data is never shared between clients, never sold, and never used for any purpose other than powering your dashboard. Each client's environment is fully isolated.

The NUNAKI Advisor reads your actual business data — not generic advice — and tells you what it finds in plain English. You can ask it things like "which product is driving my refund losses?" or "should I open a new location?" and it will answer based on your real numbers. It's available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

NUNAKI Intelligence is available on three plans: Core ($97/month + $500 setup), Pro ($197/month + $800 setup), and Enterprise (from $497/month + $1,500 setup). All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. See the full breakdown on our Services page.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started, but monthly fees are never charged beyond your cancellation date.

We build everything from single-page landing sites to full multi-page business websites to complete web applications with user accounts, payments, and backend logic. If you need something with a database, Stripe integration, login system, or custom functionality — that's exactly the kind of work we do.

Website projects start from $1,800 and are quoted based on scope. A simple business site with a few pages and a contact form is on the lower end. A full web application with user accounts, a payment system, and a backend is a larger engagement. We'll give you a detailed quote after your free consultation.

Everything NUNAKI builds is custom. No WordPress themes, no Squarespace, no Wix. Clean, hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — or Flask for dynamic web applications. This means better performance, no plugin bloat, and a design that's actually yours.

Deployment setup is included — we'll get your site configured, connected to your domain, and live. Ongoing hosting costs after launch are the client's responsibility, though we'll recommend the most cost-effective setup for your specific project.

DataPrepper is a NUNAKI tool that lets you upload a messy CSV or Excel file, confirm how your columns should be mapped, and download a clean, standardized file — in minutes. It's built for business onboarding workflows and handles the tedious part of preparing data for analysis or import.

DataPrepper has a memory system. The first time you upload a file from a specific source, you confirm the column mappings. The next time you upload a file from that same source, DataPrepper already knows — green tags appear on every column it recognizes, and you skip the confirmation step entirely. It gets smarter the more you use it.

DataPrepper is currently in final development. We're not announcing a launch date yet, but you can join the waitlist to be notified first and get early access pricing when it launches.

Anything that doesn't fit neatly into a single service. Maybe you need a combination of a website, a dashboard, and a custom internal tool. We identify where AI can actually reduce your workload — not just add a chatbot. This includes things like automated document analysis, intelligent data processing pipelines, AI-generated reporting, and custom AI integrations into your existing tools or workflows. Every engagement is scoped individually based on your needs.

Custom engagements are always quoted after a consultation. There's no fixed price — it depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. We'll provide a detailed proposal before any work begins, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you commit.

Yes. Website projects include 30 days of post-launch support. For dashboard subscriptions, support is ongoing as part of your plan. For custom projects, ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged — ask about retainer options during your consultation.
