Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to the NUNAKI Dashboard product and our general website. Custom software development engagements (including standalone applications, platforms, or products built by NUNAKI Intelligence for a specific client) are governed by the individual signed agreement for that project, which may include different data handling, storage, and retention terms suited to that product. If you are an end user of a product built by NUNAKI Intelligence for one of our clients (rather than a direct NUNAKI Dashboard subscriber), please refer to that product's own privacy policy.

Your business data is yours. Each client has a fully isolated, private dashboard — no data is shared between clients under any circumstances. We use industry-standard security practices to protect all data transmitted through our platform.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or business data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Your business data is accessed in real time from your own database and is not stored permanently on our systems. Upon termination of your account, your personal information will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
NUNAKI uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and AI processing. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Third-party data sources: Where you authorize NUNAKI to retrieve data from a third-party platform or software (such as accounting or point-of-sale systems) on your behalf, we access only the data necessary to power your dashboard. This access is granted by you and may be revoked at any time. Data retrieved from third-party sources is handled under the same terms as your other business data — it is not sold, shared, or retained beyond what is required to operate your dashboard. The third-party platform's own privacy policy also governs how they handle your data independently of NUNAKI.
