These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NUNAKI Intelligence platform and services ("Service") provided by NUNAKI Intelligence ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope: These Terms apply to the NUNAKI Dashboard product and our general website, including the referral program described in Section 9. Custom software development engagements (including standalone applications, platforms, or products built by NUNAKI Intelligence for a specific client) are governed by the individual signed agreement for that project, including any separate referral or incentive terms provided directly to that client. If you are an end user of a product built by NUNAKI Intelligence for one of our clients (rather than a direct NUNAKI Dashboard subscriber), please refer to that product's own terms of service.
NUNAKI provides a business intelligence platform that connects to your existing database and presents live insights through a private dashboard. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to NUNAKI is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as published on our website at the time of sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your dashboard until the end of the period you have paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
You retain full ownership of all data stored in your database. NUNAKI accesses your data solely to provide the Service and does not claim any rights over your business data. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform is terminated and any cached data associated with your account is deleted.
We are committed to keeping your dashboard available and operational. Enterprise clients receive a formal SLA guarantee. For all other plans, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and will notify clients of planned maintenance in advance. In the event of a bug or error, we will resolve it at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.

The NUNAKI platform, including its design, features, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of NUNAKI Intelligence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over the platform or its components.
NUNAKI provides the Service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on dashboard insights. The Service is an informational tool — all business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
This referral program applies to NUNAKI Dashboard subscribers. Custom development clients follow the referral terms provided in their individual service agreement, if any.
NUNAKI offers a referral program to active subscribers. If you refer another business to NUNAKI and that business becomes a paying client, you will receive a $100 credit applied to your next month's subscription. The following conditions apply:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
